About the Instructor 
Mayank is a certified yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of professional training and extensive teaching experience. He holds a 500-hour TTC from Sivananda Yoga, a Diploma in Yoga Therapy, and a 250+ hour TTC in Mysore Hatha Yoga. Recognized as a Yoga Wellness Instructor by the Yoga Certification Board, Government of India, Mayank’s journey began in 2017 with two years of private lessons under a teacher from the Bihar School of Yoga, followed by a year of immersive study at the Sivananda Ashram.
With additional advanced training in pranayama, meditation, and holistic practices, Mayank has been professionally teaching and organizing yoga retreats for over two years, sharing his passion for yoga with students worldwide.
