Dorje Lopön Chandra Easton ist im tibetischen Buddhismus als Lehrerin, Autorin und Übersetzerin aktiv. Seit 2001 lehrt sie auf internationaler Ebene Buddhismus und Yoga; als Übersetzerin wirkte sie am 2012 erschienen Buch Sublime Dharma: A Compilation of Two Texts on the Great Perfection (Erhabener Dharma: Sammlung zweier Texte zur Großen Vollendung) mit. 2015 verliehen ihr Lama Tsültrim Allione und Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche im Tara Mandala Retreat Center in Colorado, USA, den Titel Dorje Lopön (Varjācharya – leitende Hauptlehrerin). Sie ist Mitglied im Tara Mandala Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Council (Gremium für Gleichstellung, Diversität und Inklusion); dieses thematisiert, dass Menschen unterschiedlicher Kulturen, Rassen, sexueller Ausrichtung und gesellschaftlicher Herkunft im Dharma und in Tara Mandala unterrepräsentiert sind. Dorje Lopön Chandra Easton is a teacher, writer, and translator of Tibetan Buddhism. She has taught Buddhism and Yoga around the world since 2001 and co-translated Sublime Dharma: A Compilation of Two Texts on the Great Perfection, published in 2012. In 2015, she was given the title of senior lead teacher, Dorje Lopön (Vajracharya), by Lama Tsultrim Allione and Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche at Tara Mandala Retreat Center in Colorado, USA.
