The wisdom circle is an ancient practice that provides a safe space for sharing, opening up, listening, healing and for simply being.
The Bodhicharya wisdom circle offers participants the opportunity to safely share and open up about an issue or topic that moves them in their lives, as well as to listen and provide empathy to others.
It is also an opportunity to reflect on the connection of the Dharma to our daily lives and challenges.
Each circle will begin and end with a meditation practice to frame the experience around present moment awareness, compassion and wisdom.
We meet every Monday from 18.30 to 19:30 in meditation room M2 (upstairs on the right as you enter Bodhicharya).
