Praxis-Wochenende "Stadt-Retreat"

Wir werden ein kleines Stadt-Retreat organisieren, um gemeinsam Meditation (Samatha-Vipassana / tib. Shine-Lhaktong) zu praktizieren.
Eine tolle Gelegenheit für uns alle, zwei Tage der Hektik des Alltags zu entfliehen und die eigene Praxis bei längeren Sitzungen in der Gruppe zu vertiefen. Wir werden viel Zeit und hoffentlich inspirierende Bedingungen haben, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und unseren Geist zu beobachten. Die meiste Zeit des Tages werden wir gemeinsam in Stille verbringen.

Es handelt sich um ein reines Praxis-Retreat. Es wird kein Lama dabei sein um zu lehren. Wir werden euch mit der Glocke durch den Tag führen und vielleicht die ein oder andere kleine Anweisung oder Inspirationen für die Praxis geben.
Die längeren Sessions im Sitzen werden durch die Möglichkeit zur Gehmeditation im Wechsel aufgelockert.
Es wird einige Pausen für Tee und Snacks geben und wir werden gemeinsam zu Mittag essen. Auch in den Pausen wollen wir versuchen, die Praxis aufrecht und den Geist klar zu halten.

We will organize a little City-Retreat to practice Meditation  (Samatha-Vipassana / tib. Shine-Lhaktong) together.
A great opportunity for all of us to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for two days and deepen our own practice in longer sessions in a group. We will have a lot of time and hopefully inspiring conditions to calm down and watch our mind. Most of the day we will all remain in silence.

This is a practice-only retreat. This time there will be no lama there to teach. We will guide you through the day with the bell and maybe give one or two small instructions or inspirations for the practice.
We will do longer sessions sitting meditation with the option to alternate to walking meditation in-between.
We will have some breaks for tea and snacks and we will enjoy lunch together. During the breaks we will try to keep the practice upright and the mind clear.
