August 16 – 18, 2024
Ever wondered how to truly let go? Inspired by the wisdom of the Buddha, this weekend retreat delves into the art of releasing what no longer serves us.
Through Insight Dialogue, a practice rooted in mindfulness and interpersonal connection, you’ll discover the power of being present in both listening and speaking.
This unique weekend offers a blend of guided movement, silent meditation, and mindful dialogue in pairs. Open to all, come join us on this journey towards greater freedom and insight.
“Whatever is not yours, let go of it. Your letting go of it will be for your long-term welfare and happiness.”
– The Buddha
