18.05.2024 |
- 16:30

In a rapidly changing and uncertain world, we may often grapple with internal anxieties and worries in response to our external circumstances. This retreat provides a space to explore these topics through mindfulness meditation. The intention is to recognize these challenges, explore practical ways of working with them, and learn to incorporate these practices into our daily lives.

The retreat is open to everyone, regardless of their mindfulness meditation experience level.

We are limiting the retreat to 15 participants, to ensure an intimate setting. Pre-registration is required. Please email to register or ask any questions.

In case you signed up but cannot attend, please email at least 3 days in advance so that someone on the waitlist can participate
