In a rapidly changing and uncertain world, we may often grapple with internal anxieties and worries in response to our external circumstances. This retreat provides a space to explore these topics through mindfulness meditation. The intention is to recognize these challenges, explore practical ways of working with them, and learn to incorporate these practices into our daily lives.
The retreat is open to everyone, regardless of their mindfulness meditation experience level.
We starts at 10:00 in the morning and ends at 16:30 in the afternoon.
